Is there any limit to the number of doctors I can see?
There is a vast network of private Doctors that a member will have access to. The member and his/her family will be entitled to get a 20% discount on doctor visits from doctors in this network. The member will have to call the call centre and we will find out where the member and/or family is and give the names of the doctors nearby that will give them the discount. The discount is only 10% for dentists but works the same way.d.

Where can I get a list of participating doctors and what areas are they in?
We have over 3500 private GP's on our network. Our network covers all of South Africa, including rural areas, so we will always find a doctor that is conveniently located for you.

Do I require a membership card or number to visit the doctor?
You do not need a membership card. All you need to do is call us when you need the services and give us your cell number and ID and will will do the rest.

What is the discount on optometrists and what can I get?
10% Discount on consultation fee, lenses and frames. The optometry network will offer the members 3 package deals as promotions during the year.

There will be no limits to the number of consultations. The offer will be available to the member and the extended family of such member not being dependent on cohabitation.
